Vinegar

Vinegar has been known since thousands of years ago. This fluid is produced from the fermentation of sugar-rich fruits such as grapes, apples, coconut, and malt. Sugar itself, such as sucrose and glucose, in the manufacturing process involves the fermentation of alcohol and acetic acid fermentation on an ongoing basis.

Chemically, the major changes that occur early sugar converted into alcohol and then into acetate a continual basis.

Vinegar has also been shown to help lose weight. In fact, other than as a mixture of food that flavor, vinegar is a cleaning fluid and natural food preservatives that are environmentally friendly.

Vinegar benefits: it can cure a toothache, strengthens gums, heal swollen, heal burns and good for the stomach.
