Bahan:
Biji ceguk = 50 butir
Madu = 1 sendok makan
Air panas = 1/2 cangkir


Pemakaian:
Biji ceguk dicuci bersih, kemudian digiling hingga halus. Seduh dengan 1/2 cangkir air panas dan 1 sendok madu. Selagi hangat, airnya diminum pada malam hari sebelum tidur.
