Lose Weight / Menurunkan Berat Badan

Berat badan yang berlebihan akan menyebabkan gangguan pada kesehatan seperti kolesterol, tekanan darah tinggi dan jantung.
Excessive weight would cause disturbances on health such as cholesterol, high blood pressure and heart.

Bahan:
Daun cermai = 1 genggam
Air = 3 gelas

ingredients:

Cermai leaves = 1 handheld

Water = 3 cups


Pemakaian:
Daun cermai di cuci bersih, kemudian direbus dalam 3 gelas air hingga mendidih. Setelah dingin, airnya diminum hingga habis dalam sehari.

Usage:
Cermai leaves washing clean, then boiled in 3 cups water to boiling. After cooling, water is taken up exhausted in a day.

Weight Gain / Menambah Berat Badan

 Ceguk
 Madu

Orang yang kurus dan berat badannya kurang dari berat normal sebaiknya ditingkatkan agar tampak lebih seimbang.

Bahan:
Biji ceguk = 50 butir
Madu = 1 sendok makan
Air panas = 1/2 cangkir


Pemakaian:
Biji ceguk dicuci bersih, kemudian digiling hingga halus. Seduh dengan 1/2 cangkir air panas dan 1 sendok madu. Selagi hangat, airnya diminum pada malam hari sebelum tidur.

People who are thin and weigh less than normal weight should be increased to make it look more balanced.

Ingredients:

Seeds gulp = 50 points

honey = 1 tablespoon

Hot water = 1 / 2 cup

Usage:

Seeds gulp washed, then ground until smooth. Brewed with 1 / 2 cup hot water and 1 tablespoon honey. While warm, water is taken at night before bed.
