Arthritis


Take one part honey and 2 parts lukewarm water. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Mix honey, lukewarm water and cinnamon powder. Massage into the affected part gently. The pain will be reduced within 1 or 2 minutes. Or arthritis sufferers can drink 1 cup of hot water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder every day, morning and evening. When taken regularly, this herb can cure chronic arthritis.
