Do not Use Metal Spoon To Take Honey

Raw honey is antiseptic, antibiotic, anti fungal, antibacterial. Honey contains calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, niacin, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, potassium, riboflavin, sodium, thiamin, zinc and other vitamins and minerals that have not been found.

Always keep honey at room temperature, do not keep in the refrigerator. If honey turns cloudy or crystallizes (a natural process), simply place the bottle of honey in warm water and stir until the crystals dissolve.

Do not take the honey using a "metal spoon" as this will alter the composition of honey. Use a spoon made of plastic or porcelain instead. Never boil honey or mix in hot water. Always make honey in the house, and let it remain raw.
