Moringa

Moringa has many benefits for human health. Moringa plant widely grown as a garden fence or barrier. Many people use Moringa leaves and fruit to vegetables.

Moringa leaves are the most important and has properties that quite a lot. Based on dry weight, moringa leaves contain about 27 percent protein and rich in vitamins A, C, calcium, iron and phosporous.

Moringa leaves can be used to cure rheumatism, intestinal worms, short-sighted, difficult urination, ulcers, jaundice, stabilize blood pressure, anxiety, and serves as a control glucose levels for people with diabetes mellitus. Pterigospermin contained in the leaves of Moringa, is as stimulating the skin so it is often used for body warmers.

Moringa leaves are in the vegetable, it is useful to launch breast milk. While the squeeze of Moringa leaves can be used as a cover parem dog bites and can be smeared on breast feeding to stop the flow of breast milk, which is excessive.

Moringa fruit known to contain alkaloids morongiona stimulating the digestion of food. Moringa fruit can also be cooked into a delicious vegetable acids.

Moringa flowers cooking water can help to overcome sore throat, influenza and intestinal worms.

Moringa bark is efficacious as an antidote to the poison of snakes and scorpions. Moreover, applying a bark extract of Moringa, can overcome swelling, sores, and gingivitis.

The water decoction of the roots of Moringa can cure rheumatism, epilepsy, antiskorbut, diuretikum, and gonorrhea. Moringa plant roots are also known to launch the urine, sputum or cough medicine, launched menstruation, appetite and relieving spasms.

Myopia

Myopia is a vision disorder that occurs in the afternoon. In patients with myopia, the lens is cloudy eyes. Myopia usually occurs in older people.

Ingredients:


Stalk of Moringa leaf   = 3 stalk

Cooking water =
  1 cup

Honey
= 1 tablespoon




Usage:

Moringa leaf stalks mashed until smooth, then pour boiling water with 1 cup cooking water and filtered. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix well. Drink water before sleep.
